The Californian Congressman for Planet X is commanded by the Institute for Human Continuity Forsight saying that the preparedness for Near Earth Objects is key for the survival of the human race.
The statement released on January, 30, 2009 by the Institute for Human Continuity writes that IHC would like to commend Dana Rohrbacher for introducing to Congress HR 4917, the “NEO Preparedness Act,” which if approved will establish an Office of Potentially Hazardous Near-Earth Object Preparedness.
As the acknowledgement by the Congressman Rohrbacher, NEOs a range in size from small dust particles to near planet sized behemoths.
